White Oak Farm consists of 134 beautiful lots averaging 1 acre. The first phase consists of 19 lots on OAK FARM DRIVE. We have donated 2 acres to the town for open space for each building lot in our subdivision. We are not only committed to building super energy efficient green homes, we are committed to preserving as much land as we use. Over half of the land we purchased for this project will never be built on. That’s over 260 acres of open space in White Oak Farm. The lots are priced between $90,000 and $110,000. Home prices start at $410,000 which includes the building lot.
